Curated Box Policy
SHIPPING
Your Curated Box ships free, with free return shipping on the items you do not keep.
Your curated box will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, with tracking and signature confirmation from Los Angeles, CA within 3 days of meeting with Heidi. Once your treasure trove reaches you, discover the items selected for you in the comfort of your own space. Then, simply re-pack any items you do not wish to keep, apply the pre-paid return shipping label to the box and deliver the parcel to your nearest USPS or UPS location within 7 days of receiving the curated box.
Please note the curated box experience is only available to customers in the United States.
ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Mailed back within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories.
3. Please ship items using the prepaid + insured label included in your box to:

PAYMENT
A pre-authorized hold for the full value of the curated box will be processed on your credit card prior to shipping the box to you.
Upon return of the items you do not wish to keep, your credit card will be charged for the items you have kept. Your return parcel must be post-marked within 7 business days of receiving the curated box, or your credit card will be charged for the full value of the box.
By engaging Heidi Abra's Curated Box Experience, you acknowledge your understanding that one or more items in your curated box is a deferred purchase. By engaging Heidi Abra's Curated Box Experience, you agree to the cancellation policy detailed below and authorize Heidi Abra to charge your payment method at the prices and dates listed until your order is fulfilled (or cancelled, if permitted).
CANCELATION
When you purchase a Curated Box, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have 7 days to decide which items you would like to keep. Once the 7 days have passed, if you have not shipped back the remaining items, we will charge your payment method for the full amount of your Curated Box.
We do not permit cancellation of the credit card pre-authorization unless all items in the curated box are return shipped to us in the manner and condition described above.
