Refund policy

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please be sure to read descriptions and ask any questions before making your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your item, you may return it for store credit. Due to the unique nature of our collections, we do not offer refunds. We will issue you an easy to use Heidi Abra Gift Card via email once your return has been received and processed. Gift card purchases may be applied to any future purchased at Heidiabra.com and are good for one year from the date issued.

 

ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

1. Mailed back within 7 business days of receiving your order.

2. Must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories.

3. The item is not on sale, discounted or part of a special order.

4. The item is not a custom, vintage, jewelry, a gemstone belt buckle, or one of a kind.

 

Please contact us by email for an authorization number before returning. Note the RA number on the outside of the package. Items must be shipped within 7 business days of receiving the RA number. Any items shipped without prior authorization or past the 7 days will not be accepted. Please ship items prepaid + insured to:

HEIDI ABRA is NOT responsible for any shipping charges, which occur from a returned item. Keep your tracking number to ensure the package is returned to us. We are not responsible for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

 

REPAIRS

Repairs to damaged goods are assessed by case and may incur a fee if repair is possible. HEIDI ABRA Jewelry & Gemstone Belt Buckles are offered free repairs for 3 months from date of receipt.

  • While I will always do my best to honor size and general color preferences when noted, specific items cannot be guaranteed.

  • As with any mystery offering, you may adore every piece, or you may find one or two items that are not perfectly aligned with your personal style. This is part of the nature — and the risk — of a mystery box.
