PAYMENTS

Heidi Abra accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments through our secure shopping cart. We use the secure gateway of Authorize.net to process our sales.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Items will ship from Los Angeles, CA. If items are in stock, your order will most likely ship within 3 business days. However, please allow Heidi Abra 3-5 business days to process your order and drop it in the post. Please note that some handmade, custom or pre-order items may take longer to ship. This will be stated in the items description if applicable. If you need your order quickly, please email us for a quote for expedited domestic or international shipping: inquiries@heidiabra.com

 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

For pre-order items, you will be charged when you place your order. We do our best to provide accurate ship dates and usually ship within the given time frame. However we cannot guarantee ship dates on pre-order items. If your order is not ready to ship by the date listed on the product page, we will notify you via email with the new date of shipment.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN THE U.S.A.)

Heidi Abra ships via USPS priority shipping for all orders in the United States. We are pleased to offer you free shipping on all orders of $150.00 US Dollars or more. For all other orders we offer flat rate shipping of $10.00 for all domestic orders. Please allow 1-3 business days for Heidi Abra to ship your order and 3-10 business days to receive your order. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer international orders free shipping on orders of $350.00 US dollars or more. For all other orders we ship flat rate USPS International Priority Shipping $50.00 USD. Delivery between 10-15 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries). Please allow 3-5 business days for Heidi Abra to ship your order.

 

CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. Heidi Abra will declare FULL value on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately Heidi Abra cannot put a lower value on the parcel.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please be sure to read descriptions and ask any questions before making your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your item or you would like a different size or color, you may exchange it for store credit. Due to the unique nature of our collections, there are no refunds. Store credit is good for 1 year from the date issued.

 

ALL EXCHANGES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

1. Mailed back within 5 business days of receiving your order.

2. Must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories.

3. The item is not on sale, discounted or part of a special order.

4. The item is not a custom, vintage, jewelry, a gemstone belt buckle, or one of a kind.

 

Please contact us by email for an authorization number before returning. Note the RA number on the outside of the package. Items must be shipped within five (5) business days of receiving the RA number. Any items shipped without prior authorization or past the 5 days will not be accepted. HEIDI ABRA is NOT responsible for any shipping charges, which occur from an exchanged item. Keep your tracking number to ensure the package is returned to us. We are not responsible for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

 

REPAIRS

Repairs to damaged goods are assessed by case and may incur a fee if repair is possible. HEIDI ABRA Jewelry & Gemstone Belt Buckles are offered free repairs for 3 months from date of receipt.
